| All FFL items purchased require that we ship only to a Federal Firearms Licence (FFL) holder. The paperwork, transfer and any additional fees incurred are between you and the FFL holder. This includes the same manner as purchasing a firearm on any gun auction site. We require a signed copy of their Federal Firearms License and phone number before shipment can be made. We will phone them to check the legality of the firearm in your local area before shipment. For a complete list of State Laws and Published Ordinances, click here. Before purchasing any gun, please make sure you are up to date on the laws that pertain to the particular gun you are purchasing. It is up to you to make sure you know your state laws.
